COVID19

Dear guests,

Before you can start your holiday at our campsite, we are obliged to make a number of announcements with regard to the coronavirus. Also, we can only let you check in if you do not have any corona-related symptoms.

We cannot let you check in if you and/or your travel companions:

• Have corona;
• Have roommates/family members with corona;
• Recovered from corona less than 2 weeks ago;
• Have one or more of these symptoms: extreme fatigue, exhaustion, a cold, sneezing, coughing, throat ache, shortness of breath, fever (over 38 °C);
• Have roommates/family members with the abovementioned symptoms;
• Are supposed to be in self-quarantine.

Reception

• Disinfect your hands before entering;
• We would prefer if you enter the reception 1 person at a time;
• If possible, use your own pen;
• If possible, pay by card.

Sanitary facilities

• Disinfect your hands before entering;
• Keep a distance of 1.5 metres from others;
• Do not stay longer than you have to;
• The sanitary facilities are cleaned according to extra hygienic measures.

Terrain

• Keep a distance of 1.5 metres from others;
• The playground is open, but please judge the situation wisely; if it’s too busy, we advise you to find another place to play with your kids.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation due to COVID-19, you will not receive a refund. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.
